For government & enterprise

1 statewide deployment · Himachal Pradesh

Work flows down. Proof flows up.

Field operations, verification chains, and audit trails for departments that have to answer for what happened. Built for the officer with a mid-range Android and two bars of signal, because that is who actually uses it.

What we build

Mobile Apps

Native Android and cross-platform apps built for Indian connectivity, scale, and storage. Offline-first by default.

  • Android (Kotlin / Java) — Play Store ready
  • Offline storage, background sync, low-bandwidth tuning
  • Push notifications, in-app updates, deep links
  • Play Console release management

Government & Enterprise Portals

Workflow systems for state departments and large operations — role hierarchies, evidence chains, audit trails, and accountability you can defend in a meeting.

  • Top-down work allotment, bottom-up proof-of-work
  • Geo-tagged photo / video evidence with verification
  • Multi-level approval chains and reporting
  • Hindi / regional language interfaces

Maintenance & SRE

We don't disappear after launch. Monitoring, monthly updates, security patches, and a human you can call when something breaks at 11pm.

  • Uptime + error monitoring
  • Monthly OS / framework / dependency updates
  • Security patch SLA
  • On-call escalation

Who this is for

Departments running fieldwork across districts, where the person doing the work and the person verifying it are never in the same room.

Teams that need every approval timestamped and traceable, rather than reconstructed from a spreadsheet after an audit asks.

Deployments where the last mile is a forest guard on a patchy network, not an analyst at a desk.

On the evidence

We have one system of this kind in the field, and we would rather show you it properly than imply a portfolio we do not have. The Van Rakshak case study states what is shown, what is withheld, and why. Operational screens carry live administrative data, so they are shown on request under NDA.

How an engagement runs

01

Scoping

We map the hierarchy first — who allots work, who does it, who verifies it, and what each of them can see. Most systems fail here rather than in the code. Comes out of this: a written role and permission model you can circulate internally.

02

Pilot in one division

One division, real users, real fieldwork. Not a demo environment. We would rather find out that the range officer has no signal at 11am than design around an assumption.

03

Hardening

Offline behaviour, upload retries, audit completeness, and the failure cases nobody demos: a dead battery mid-upload, a duplicate submission, a transfer between officers.

04

Rollout and handover

Documentation your own IT team can work from, and a named person to call. We do not disappear after go-live.

Not what you came for?

Things people actually install.
