Anthropy India Pvt. Ltd. ("Anthropy", "we", "us") operates the website at anthropy.in. This policy describes the personal data we collect through this website and how we handle it. It does not cover client engagements, which are governed separately by signed agreements.

When you submit the inquiry form on /contact, we collect: your name, email address, optionally your company / organisation, optionally your phone number, your project type, optionally a budget band, and the message you write.

We also store: a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address (used only to rate-limit form submissions, not to identify you), the page you came from, your browser user-agent string, and the time of submission.

To respond to your inquiry. To prevent spam and abuse on the form. To keep a record of business inquiries for our own follow-up and reporting.

When you submit the inquiry form, you provide consent for us to process the data to respond to your inquiry. You can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by writing to hello@anthropy.in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. We may share data with: (a) email providers we use to deliver the inquiry notification, (b) hosting providers that store the database, (c) law enforcement if compelled by valid legal process.

Inquiry data is retained for 24 months by default, after which it is either deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

You can ask us to: tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@anthropy.in and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Substantive changes will be communicated to active inquirers by email.
